Boasting one of the flattest marathon courses in Europe, the Newport Marathon Festival with its marathon, half marathon, 10K and mile distance options, is a firm family favourite within the UK’s running calendar. Over 70% of all finishers have claimed their PB on a spectacular route that offers stunning scenery that surrounds the mouth of the River Usk.

Delivered by R4W, the event is supported by ABP (Associated British Ports), Newport City Council and the UK Government’s Shared Prosperity Fund.

The design graphic echoes that of the iconic city footbridge bridge and the colours of Newport County.
