Foodwise for life app.

Foodwise for Life is written by Public Health Dietitians in Wales (PHDiW) and is a structured weight management programme which focuses on long term weight loss.

Designed to accompany this programme, this bilingual Welsh/English app provides tips and ideas and includes topics such as, how to read food labels, portion sizes, tips for meal planning and ways to adapt recipes to make them healthier.
There are sections for setting goals, a physical activity diary and links to find other sources of relevant information and support.

There are also other activities such as interactive games, video clips and quizzes to help further educate food knowledge.

Developing the main architectural navigation, the UX design process incorporates all necessary information and determines the optimal sequence for guiding users through the app.
Once finalised, the UI design stage focuses on refining the navigation formatting and functionality, adhering to the project’s established style guidelines
