Millennium Stadium

Branding ⁄  Design

Replacing Cardiff Arms Park as a new generation of stadia with retractable roof, the Millennium Stadium was built in time for Wales to play hosts to the 1999 IRB Rugby World Cup.

It takes its name from the Millennium Commission as one of its part funded projects that marked the new Millennium of 2000.

A mark that has become recognisable across the world in reflecting one of its favourite venues not only for Rugby, the creation of its mark coincided with our creation of Celf.

15 years on we assisted the WRU with a document that sees the name change to the Principality Stadium.
